We quote a 3 visit program 99% of the time for all clients, we negotiate on a two visit if the clients are on budget or if its just a very small issue outside.. The reason 3 visits is charged is as follows.
- 1st visit to survey and place treatment
- 2nd visit to top up baits remove bodies and make sure it’s working and to carry out any proofing work identified and quoted after the first visit.
- 3rd visit – to ensure all clear and to remove baits or traps as required by law. if any poisons or baits are left on site this can cause insect infestations and poison immunity amongst rodents
